Patients can conveniently schedule telemedicine or in-home visits with highly vetted, board-certified, and licensed providers throughout the year. Please note that Heal does not handle emergencies.

Pricing and Insurance:

Heal is in-network with Medicare and most major Medicare Advantage plans, including Humana, Wellcare, Aetna, VillageCare, Clover, Healthfirst, United Healthcare, and EmblemHealth.

House calls are typically covered by most insurance plans, and the copay is generally equivalent to an office visit with a primary care provider.

Telemedicine calls are covered by most insurance plans at little to no cost to members. Only the applicable copay is required.

You can conveniently use Apple Pay to make quick and secure payments.

How the App Works:

1. Tell us about yourself: enter your address and create your patient profile.
2. Find a convenient appointment time that suits your schedule.
3. Check your insurance eligibility and view copay amounts upfront before booking.
4. Select your primary care provider and continue seeing the same doctor or nurse practitioner for consistency.
5. Access all your health information in one centralized location. Integration with the Apple Health app allows you the option to share health data and records with your Heal Doctor for improved care (requires iOS 12 or higher).
